Working from the ground up, NOVAK rebuilt every element of the installation, delivering a modern, immersive experience that's every bit as thrilling as it is informative, all while staying true to what made the original so cherished. The team crafted an entirely new structure and script, designed striking animated sequences, and produced a freshly recorded voiceover and soundscape, guiding visitors through a perilous and dramatic journey into the afterlife. Beyond the content inside the tunnel itself, NOVAK also created an animated projection for its exterior, highlighting a selection of the gallery's prized artefacts and acting as an spectacular introduction to what lies ahead. To bring it all together, NOVAK designed and installed an entirely new AV hardware system, maximising the available space with state-of-the-art projection, sound and media playback. This refreshed installation is now open, captivating audiences of every age.
